* No bond is required. However, if damage or cleaning was required after first use, future hire by the particular party will require $50 cleaning / damage bond.

Additional Notes:

1. All bond monies will be refunded upon inspection of the hall when keys are handed back. The Hall must be left clean and tidy, with all rubbish taken away. Any costs to clean and/or fix damage will be deducted from the bond.
2. Noise abatement bonds will not be refunded if notification is received by NSW Police of a Noise Abatement Direction being issued.
3. Any proposed Hires involving 18 to 25 year old parties with the consumption of alcohol will be subject to a risk assessment and/or stringent conditions applied.
4. If for any reason you do not use the Hall after paying the hire fee, a partial refund on the hire fee will be negotiated.
5. For longer times (such as consecutive days) the fee is to be negotiated.
6. Town Hall type meetings to discuss local issues are not charged fees. However, one person is to be appointed as responsible for the use and cleaning of the hall.
7. Special Exhibitions for the Community. These events may not necessarily have a fee and will be subject to negotiations / conditions.
8. Upon resumption of the Kundabung Markets, the fees will remain as previously which is $10 per site.
9. The sale of alcohol is not permitted on the reserve. A specific Hire form is to be used for 'Sale of Alcohol' showing all Liquor Act Licencing Conditions of your Licence to be complied with.
