KUNDABUNG REGIONAL ART PRIZE
KRAP stands for Kundabung Regional Art Prize
Now entering its seventh year, KRAP (Kundabung Regional Art Prize) is one of the region's fastest growing art competitions. The winner of the art competition is decided by the general public not by art judges. Each person visiting on the day is given one vote to choose which item they like the best. At the end of the day the votes are counted and the winner announced.
As well as the Art Prize you will also find a Sausage Sizzle, a very popular Art Cafe (Kundabung Hall fundraiser) and lots of Market Stalls.
Click KRAP About to read more on the origins of KRAP.
Anyone from the region (Macleay/Hastings) can enter KRAP It does not matter what skill level you have or what form of art you create. KRAP accepts paintings, drawings, photography, textiles, sculpture etc. etc. Remember the prize is awarded via peoples’ choice votes, so if people visiting on the day like your work then you can be in the running to win.
Make sure you fill out on the entry form how much you want to sell your work for or else it will be presumed that the work is not for sale. No commission is charged.
